Hello!
This is the first post of the newly created Persian Community Archive blog for the proposal of the creation of a Persian Community Archive in Los Angeles.
The project has been spearheaded by two UCLA Graduate students in the Department of Information Studies, and was developed in the Community Archives course.
The project has culminated in a pre-proposal which will be sent to potential investors and interested community members. Persian community members are encouraged to forward the proposal to other potential parties who have a vested interest in the Iranian American community that resides in Los Angeles.
